- Found crank seal to be so damaged the special tool would not remove it. Have to remove the radiator, intercooler and condensor to get enough access for removal.
- Removed radiator, removed intercooler and removed condenser. Had to remove components to fit slide hammer into area of seal. Was able to remove crank seal. Installed new seal and all removed components. Charged ac system and topped off and bled coolant system. Did find radiator to have a small leak starting to happen, attached quote for replacement. Got vehicle running Timing was ok but found vanos actuator solenoids to be faulty. Replaced solenoids vehicle no longer has drive train malfunction fault. Test drove vehicle and is now operating as designed.
